We dined here a few days ago, with the council street work the restaurant was a little difficult to find.
For mains we had either the Hereford rump steak with butternut and silverbeet or the Hawkes Bay lamb scotch fillet with Mediterranean tian and rosemary jus. Everybody enjoyed their meals with no complaints.
All the ingredients were fresh and possibly the reason they keep the menu limited. For Dessert we had either the Vanilla and jasmine infused pineapple with coconut in three ways or the Manuka honey creme brulee with a madeleine.
For those who had the Brulee they thoroughly enjoyed and wasn’t sure if the pineapple would work and did with some interesting flavours.
